I grew up in a small tropical town in southern Puerto Rico, where my grandmother, Doña Rosa, shared the herbal traditions that had been passed down through our family for generations. In her backyard stood a soursop tree, and its young leaves were part of the simple daily rituals she practiced and shared with those around her.

Soursop has been treasured for generations across the Caribbean for its traditional wellness uses. For me, it was more than a plant. It represented home, family, and a tradition carried forward through everyday life.

Years later, after studying nutrition, I returned to those memories with a simple goal: to make this time-honored botanical easier to include in a modern routine.

Inspired by Caribbean herbal traditions, I created Tindedly Soursop™ with a focus on simplicity, transparency, and respect for the ingredient.
